We are an independent, family-owned pharmacy located in Alloway village, Ayr, opposite Burns Cottage. Neil and Susan Baillie, local residents in Alloway, took over the running of the business in 2017 and our aim is to provide the highest level of service and healthcare to our patients. In 2017 we won Pharmacy of the Year at the Scottish Independent Retail Awards and in 2023 we won Community Pharmacy of the year at the Scottish Healthcare Awards.
Susan is our regular pharmacist and also an Independent Prescriber, meaning she can assess and prescribe for more complex ailments when required. With over 20 years' experience working in community pharmacy, Susan is passionate about patient care and prides herself on building relationships with her patients within the community and being approachable at all times. Outside of work Susan enjoys keeping fit and ferrying her two girls to and from their various activities!
